SPECIAL STEPS REQUESTED FOR DPC TO AC POSTS

6 comments:

  1. Primary thing to promote someone to any post is Seniority List and zone of consideration on the basis of said list. When the seniority list is in question neither UPSC nor court will give relaxation when the contender for the AC post r also litigants. It’s appear flimsy.

  2. Whether anywhere the issue of immediate DPC has been discussed? I think NO. Hence the whole exercise suggested in the aforesaid letter stands meaningless. Everyone was looking at you that you would take up the issue of immediate DPC. But the same does not appear to be happening

  6. An application should be moved before Pricipal Bench, Delhi to transfer all cases related to issue of promotion from Superintendent to Assistant Commissioner to Delhi CAT (Double Bench) for early decision in the matter and to save time and expenses involved therein.

It may also be prayed that the hearing should be held on fortnightly basis.

For the purpose, an team of officers from Association side should assist our counsel
    and
similarly SIT may be formed by CBIC comprising of Officers of CBIC and DOP&T to extend assistance to Govt's Counsel.
