Such documents recognises Association not formally, but with deserving Respect.
I am sure, you will bring Gr-B Cx fraternity out of career distress, by your in-depth HR knowledge & drafting/negotiation skills.
Sir, it has been my experience that once the administration finds that we are prepared to engage with them with departmental interest and without vested interests, they give us our due. But some elements on the other side also try too take advantage of our vested interests for short circuiting the process of proper negotiations. The cadres have been kept under a belief that short circuiting is the only way. But nothing tangible has come out of it. Now the cadres have started understanding it..slowly though. Hope we will be able to take forward the movement for a proper and pragmatic engagement with the administration and that the administration also continues the process.
