Where is the proposal for base cadre seniority? It seems even the association us clueless as to how to address seniority.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, we may press for yearwise (batchwise) promotion to AC cadre, irrespective of regional disparities. For example upto the batch of 1990 inspectors or 1992 or 1994 like that we may demand for AC's promotion. If we do that all the problems will be solved. And there will not be any monetary impact also since all these officers already got MACPs.
ReplyDeleteVery Good suggestion. Rightly said. It should be Irrespective of regional disparities batch year and irrespective of service category be it PO, EO orinspector.
DeleteBased cadre seniority is must. Otherwise all customs officers who are already promoted will occupy the JC, ADC and Commissioner's post and we will be at the most become AC or DC.
ReplyDeleteCBIC proposes half hearted
ReplyDeleteDOPT and Expenditure disposes full hearted
Bitter truth
The suggestion is infroctuous
