It is a very important issue, some CCA are following 2010 OM and some CCA are following P&H High Court judgement.
ReplyDeleteIn Mumbai CCA also up to Vacancy Year 2017-18, 2010 OM has been followed. Then in the Vacancy year 2018-19, they follow the P&H High Court judgement. Again in the Vacancy Year 2019, they have followed 2010 OM.
Due to this different practices between the different CCAs, DPC for promotion to the post of Assistant Commissioner has been stayed by one or another CAT.
