Good that you have kept count. The present was required to be issued before filing contempt because the cause of action for contempt petition has arisen.
DeleteSend a CPGRAM and make the DOPT under PM also contempnors.
ReplyDeleteजो ओरिजिनल एप्लीकेशन में पार्टी होता है उसी के अगेंस्ट कंटेम्प्ट फ़ाइल होता है। आप किसी को भी पार्टी नही बना सकते। यहाँ तक कि कैट में OA में भी PM को पार्टी नही बना सकते।
Delete
