Reconsideration and review of the 14.09.18 order sought

Dear friends and comrades,

Many persons have contacted me regarding the grave injustice caused to our cadre by the Order dated 14th September 2018 passed by the CBIC.

There has been severe criticism regarding the decision of the other group to take the matter to the CAT, even when matters are pending before Anomalies committee, Judiciary, etc.

Further, when a petition on behalf of the AIACEGEO has been filed and an order issued, the CBIC should have consulted us, when we have conclusively established our legitimacy to carry the flag of the Association.

Since these decisions are detrimental to the cadre interests and nothing more can be expected in the Cadre Restructuring, with this attitude dictating the process, we have registered our strong protest.

We have sought recall of the order and review of the same after giving us an opportunity to be heard before the matter is decided.
