A careful comparison of the above two photos will reveal that they were taken almost at the same time. The position of the former and incoming Chairman does not even change.
Now, it can easily be understood with whom the former SG had gone to meet the former Chairman and the present Chairman.
Hence, members need not raise questions as to why the Chairman office called only one group of persons and why all other Staff Associations were ignored.
We need not delve into the issues he claims to have raised - most of them new to him and which had been raised by us already.

Meeting with Chairman by any Association, should be in reciprocation of some good gesture shown by such Officer towards the members welfare of such Association.
ReplyDeleteI find that Chairman Smt. Sarna had NOT DONE anything for the officers of Inspr Cx born [Inspr+Supdt+ACs] fraternity.
The Stagnation Committee(set up at behest of Hon'ble FM)Report published on 1.8.2017 is left without any action. The DPCs from Gr-B to Gr-A were delayed(& delayed) to create(& help) discontent among warring factions of AIACEGEO. The recognition of Supdt CX Association (which has proved majority support through DDOs) was kept lingering with bad intentions.
So, instead of meeting the affected stake-holders Association should boycott such farewell meetings. [In Pune as a Zonal unit of Supdt Cx, we had effectively boycotted send-off of a CC; and , that had great rippling effect]
Therefore, boycotting farewell meeting of such officials IS MORE EFFECTIVE than conducting a Dharna at 'Janter-Manter'....
We live in an atmosphere of virtual insitu reality ..as if the British Raj prevails with its appointed chamchas that created a megahype of degraded version of appointment of ACs who could have much more happier had they not been promoted. . Senior ACs/Bhailogs please leave this hapless Supdts to decide their fate. .have mercy and plan or enjoy ur retired life... Do not plan divisive plans to divide a cadre on basis of regional feelings. .After all we are all Indians. .Happy Independence Day.. Hats off to this blog. .With u..
