Suggestions for celebration of GST Day

Some units have contacted me stating that their members wanted to boycott GST Day due to the unfair treatment meted out to us. The latest of course is that the department is likely to file a review petition against the Judgment in M. Subramaniam case (5400).  But considering that it is too short a time to consult all units and take any decision and since it is a transition time with the new Chairman taking over only at this point of time, no such decision is being taken now.

However, the above letter has been sent as suggested by our units to record the discontent in the cadre.

  1. Good constructive suggestion, giving flair of dis-satisfaction..

  2. A fitting letter to the Department which does not care for the backbone cadre of the Department. Hats off!
