Dear Friends and Comrades,
Please see the letter addressed to the Chairman, CBIC on our proposed Lunch Hour meetings on 8.1.2020 expressing solidarity on the 10 point Charter of Demands on which our sister organisations are to observe protest day.
Considering that our C R related issues have been raised with the Board and if they are not addressed properly, we may have to undertake independent agitations for the same, we are limiting our programme only to a Lunch Hour meeting on 8.1.2020 to show solidarity for the protest day.
It is requested that all Unit Office bearers and AIB Office Bearers may taken active part in conducting this meeting in a grand scale and enlighten our members regarding the injustice that is being heaped on our cadre by continuing neglect and discrimination in cadre management. This should be used as a first step of such an out reach so that further action programmes could be planned depending upon how the CBIC is going to handle our cadre related issues in the coming days.
As per the requirement of the hour, an AIEC also may be convened to take concrete decisions on the future course of action in all organisational and cadre matters.
