20 Point Charter for the Lunch Hour Meeting on 08.01.2020

Dear friends and Comrades,

After discussion in the AIB, the following letter has been submitted today with 20 point Charter.  The 10 Point charter in Part I is that of the Confederation, adopted by the CCGGOO and the 10 Points in Part II are almost the same that was adopted last year with modifications as required due to the changed circumstances.  It was included since initially we thought of stressing only on the CR but some units wanted other demands also to be there.  In the Part I of the Charter of Demands, those points that are particularly relevant to us are given in block letters.  Resolutions may please be passed in the lunch hour meeting on 08.01.2020 on these charter of demands, addressed to the Chairman and copy endorsed to the SG, AIACEGEO. In this regard, some confusion was there due to a news paper report on charter of demands of some Trade Unions that are to be on strike on 8th.  However, a clarification was sought from the SG, CCGGOO.  His clarification is also attached for any clarification by any members.  Though this is a very mild form of show of strength, considering that our demands pertaining to promotions and CR will be heard and assessed as per the strength or dissatisfaction exhibited by the strength of participants in the programme, it is requested that it may be made as grand as possible with as many members as possible to participate in it.  In the lunch hour meeting the betrayal to this cadre contained in the CR Proposals expressed in our letter which is on the blog may be explained with the statistics furnished therein.

THEN THIS PROGRAMME WOULD BE A LAUNCHING PAD FOR PRESSURE BUILDING IN OUR CR DEMANDS ALSO.
